- I'm not sure it's specific to TCP/IP-32 - WinQVT changed between 3.96
- and 3.97: in the qvtnet.ini file look for the line "dispatch=sync" (as
- per 3.97) change it to "dispatch=async" (as it was in 3.96). This solved
- the problem for me. Although the remarks say that polling (sync) may work
- better than interrupts (async) it doesn't seem to be the case.
- Now... a favor to me: what is bug #139???
