  15. I'm not sure it's specific to TCP/IP-32 - WinQVT changed between 3.96
  16. and 3.97: in the qvtnet.ini file look for the line "dispatch=sync" (as
  17. per 3.97) change it to "dispatch=async" (as it was in 3.96). This solved
  18. the problem for me. Although the remarks say that polling (sync) may work
  19. better than interrupts (async) it doesn't seem to be the case.
  20. Now... a favor to me: what is bug #139???
